The inconsistency of the posting time of the daily prices since the new TSP website came online, is infuriating.
On the old site, 90% of the time the prices were posted between about 7:05 and 7:15 PM ET.
Now, sometimes it's at 8:30 PM ET (earliest), sometimes 10 PM, other times 3 in the morning, and other times somewhere in between.
So, each night the Autotracker sits and waits, and waits...

At this point, all I can say is that the new website is being run by a bunch of really smart people and they are just toying with us, or it's being run by a bunch of incompetent boobs, and this is the new normal.
Unfortunately, I think it is the ladder.
"the biggest mistake that traders make is to let these short-term trades turn into longer-term investments when they don’t work." RevShark
They 'dumbed down' the new site without making it easier to use.
Anyone else think these dummies are going to get rid of the 'Share Price History' list? That sure looks like the previous site. To me, these goobers seem to want to get rid of any information.
Epic Fail. Need meme image.
Lookin' up at the 'G Fund'!!!
When I checked at 10:30am CST they still weren't posted! That's a violation of the rules. They are supposed to be updated at approximately 7:00PM EST. They are NEVER supposed to be updated after the market opens the following day. This is negligence of their fiduciary duty to the account holders, because our morning trades are partially based on these share values. If they're going to post them whenever they want, then we should be able to IFT right up to the closing bell. I am filing a formal protest with the Board, Unions and elected officials. If we continue to allow them to get away with it, they'll keep doing it. It's OUR money, not THEIRS, to do with as they please!!! Please join me in this action. Don't accept this negligence, we CAN be a very LOUD VOICE.
Frankly, based on the times and what was in the financial news during the 48 hours on each side, I suspected that they wait until specific markets open or they get certain indicators or information before they post. 7/18's posting after the market opened on 7/19 pretty much confirmed that for me. In any case, what they're doing is trying to manipulate IFTs - and that's a violation of their fiduciary duty besides being illegal.
I feel the same. There's a lot that they can do with that information. If nothing else, it is fishy.
