Well 3 government bond sells didn't go well this week. Not looking strong today but a little move in the right direction. Still watching here since I already lost. Chart:

Close enough of filling both gaps. Upper gap filled and now nothing to pull us up. Then bottom gap filled nothing to pull us down.
My 100 SMA tested as support So are we neutral? I did say I was waiting for stronger support. I may be a contrary indicator:
