neutral on the market for the coming week - Meaning, do you believe
the market will go up, down, or basically stay even? The
weekly results will be tabulated and displayed in the message
board, and in the TSP Talk Sentiment Survey
System page. If the system's allocation changes, you will
also be alerted.
