New highs!

The first week of October is historically strong, but yesterday's start to the month was a little more than we expected.  A lot more. The Dow ended the day up nearly 200 points, and all 3 stock funds were up over 1%.

4 of the 5 systems and services we provide (5 of 6  if you count my account) were wrong yesterday.  Only the TSP Talk inactive account was in stocks as all three systems, plus RevShark, were in the G-fund on the day.  We have had a pretty good record in the past when all the systems agreed, but not yesterday.

The Dow made a new all-time high, the Nasdaq a 6+ year high, and the S&P is now flirting with the high it made in July.  Stocks have come a long way in the last month and a half and should be tired, but the correction we had this summer was the refresher it had been looking for.  We could see a little profit taking pause here, but as it normally goes, the more people expect a pullback, the less likely we will see it.

I not only missed the rally in my account, but I didn't even get a chance to watch the market today to know what the catalyst was.  I started taking sign-ups for the new system services and the back-end processing turned out to be a nightmare.  I replied to literally over 100 emails yesterday.

I hate to bore all of you with more administrative junk, but I have to let the members know what happened and where we are:

For the most part, all of the new accounts that used PayPal processing went well.  A few folks tried to login to the old members area and had problems - You should be using this link now. 

There was minor typo in the code for the credit card processing and while the monetary transactions worked fine, our database was not being updated to give access.  Because of that, all credit card payments made before 8:30 PM ET on Monday were canceled and voided out.  ALL.  So if you tried to sign up but could not get logged in, your payment was canceled and you will be basically be starting from scratch today.

Before you attempt to create a new account, please try to login again to see if your account is still in the system.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  It has been difficult for all of us.  The response to the new services was very good, which magnified the administrative problem.

I posted the day's signals for both EbbChart System and Trader Fred's TSP Trader System one last time.  Trader Fred actually had a signal change and will be making an interfund transfer this morning.
