Yesterday's modest decline did nothing to change what we talked about below.  I am going to take the day off to give you another day let the fundamentals we highlighted yesterday sink in.  Translation - I don't have much to say today.

Thanks for your feedback on the TSP alternative suggestions for interfund transfers I posted yesterday.  Surely we can come up with something we can all live with.  We want the TSP to work for everyone.
