TSP Talk Premium Renewal Problems
Renewals
are automatic. If your month to month subscription did not renew
automatically, here are some possible problems/solutions:
If you paid using a credit card (non-PayPal):
It is usually
because either your credit card on file has had a change in expiration
date, or number, or your card was
cancelled, etc. The system will try 5 times, once per day, to renew the
payment, and then cancel the account if unsuccessful. You will just
need to re-subscribe with a new card at that point.
Please use the
"edit member profile"
link on the member's home page to update your credit card information.
The data is encrypted and can only be viewed by you when you log in.
If you paid using PayPal:
Your login name to the Premium
Services must match your PayPal login name (the email address used to
make your PayPal payments) otherwise our system will not know which
account to credit. That is what we use to identify you and match
payment to the correct account.
If this is your situation, please send me an email (support @ tsptalk .
com) and let me know both your premium service login name, and your
PayPal username, and I will reconcile the payments.
