ATR - The Monster Close

Well. That was exhausting.

Our monster close came to fruition with a 40 point move in the NASDAQ, close to a 2% move in the Russell 2000 and appropriate sector leadership. Volume wasn't all that impressive however breadth finished over 3 1 positive, which definitely bodes well.

We hope subscribers participated in today's move and we hope you were able to take some gains off the table and realize some profits.

Probably our most important post all day was our last regarding not changing your cautious mode simply because we have had a solid day. Take these thoughts home with you tonight and chew on them a bit. Even if we continue to rally a few more days, successful trading is a slow grind. On the flip side, sell alls would not be prudent as many of these earnings winners can continue to move much farther than you expect.
