The market did a nice job of holding on to yesterday's out-sized gains which was definitely a win for the bulls. Leadership was in Gold followed by semis and the general small cap sector. Breadth finished close to 2 1 positive and the action in the smaller earnings winners was once again exceptional.

There is no question that the action we have seen the last two days has been tremendous but it also is down right tiring. While the portfolios continue to reach new highs, between the fast pace action and earnings season it sure is demanding all of our energy to stay on top of the action. With that said, there are still 2 more days in this week and now that the action is hot and heavy it will be very important to remain aggressive, nipping and tucking the portfolio, not letting gains slip and booking profits accordingly. While the action is strong there is one thing we know for sure, it wont last forever.
