Thread: Where do I find my monthly contributions on the new (awful) website?

Default Where do I find my monthly contributions on the new (awful) website?

Current govt employee. New website has minimal options under "Account Activities", I always liked checking when my monthly contributions hit the various funds but not on the new website, unless I missed it. Anyone know?

What an unmitigated disaster this website is...really not surprised having had to deal with IT departments and the incompetent contractors they employ or award on projects. I bet they overpaid for it too, probably tens of millions for something that a first-year CS major could have developed over a weekend.

I spent some time poling around on the new (awful) My Account TSP web page. I'll post how I found what I found soon.

I'm retired so didn't look for contributions as I don't get to make any!

I have been perusing this new TSP site, and I agree cak165 that any first year webdesigner could do a better job of this. So, ce la vie, now I wanted to find my older documents, like when I started taking distributions, and how much I have already taken - Nothing.........zero's throughout the whole 2021. Looking further I found this statement below "Your other historical documents and messages prior to June 1, 2022 did not transfer to the new My Account from the legacy system" Okay that was about as smug as you can get, felt like a middle finger from the TSP. So I had to manually reconstruct my totals for all 2021 and up to 05/2022 by using my bank account and memory of what I asked for. The question is "Why wasn't our historical data transferred from the legacy system??

Not transferring our History makes it impossible to do a self-audit of our own accounts........anyone know how we can request an audit? I am old, but kept good records, and I see a descrepency of almost 35K.........could have been attributed to the May/Jun lockout of accounts, but now we have no way of knowing.

If enought of us request an Account Audit - maybe someone 'up there' will notice that we are not happy with the Management of our Retirement Accounts. Peace
