First and foremeost, I am not trying to argue anybody. I am not happy about any of this either. As far as the pamphlet, it is totally vague what you are supposed to do to change your installment plan. They say use the thriftline options at the beginning of the booklet and all you can find are mailing address and phone numbers. This obfuscation is all part of the plan......if not, then why didn't they plainly state how to change your installment plan.

Starting on June 2022, installment payments are set to the 15th of each month or the preceding business day, if the 15th is on a weekend or holiday.
