Not sure you can actually re-amortize your loan but you can make an additional repayment either by sending a check or request direct debit from your bank account. You can repay a partial amount or the entire remaining loan balance.
Again not seeing where you can re-amortize the loan.
Thank you for your help! I know on the old site I was able tor re-amortize my loan with repayment options, I just did not see it on the new site
I also found out the same thing today - cannot change repayment amount per paycheck yourself on the website. If you fall under certain criteria then you have to make a request, and it goes for review and approval. Definitely many steps back from the previous website.
Also, yes, the ability to make additional payment whenever you want is a welcome addition. However, that process takes an inordinate amount of time, sometimes as much as three weeks. For example, I did one on 8/18, which would debit the funds on 8/31, and would make the actual repayment on 9/6. Not a good system at all.
