I guess everyone needs to keep a close eye on their accounts. With this roll out failure on the new website let's hope it doesn't have ramifications to ones invested money.
May the force be with us.

Ok- today it now shows that I did, in fact, take a partial distribution. And the $35,000 is gone out of my account.

But it hasn’t shown up in my bank account yet. I will have to give it a day or two and see what turns up.

So far, every time I have identified failures if the software here, two days later the issue is repaired. I guess they must be watching what we are saying.

By the way- if you have an issue, please also post the BROWSER and version that you are using. It appears so far to me that DESKTOP with Google chrome is the best displaying version.

I’ve had issues with iPhone 12, running Safari . DESKTOP works better right now.

I have not been able to register after multiple tries even using two different browsers. After all the data entry the system hangs up on a screen that says something about "onboarding" for the web page ID. Also, was not able to get any help calling in. Calling in just added to the frustration after been placed on hold forever each time I tried. Any help, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated. To say the least, this has not been the rollout I had anticipated and

I hope this is not a precurser of what is ahead of us ... inadequate planning and poor execution?

I really don’t think they intended to carry over past account from financial data. Their aren’t the right tools built in to do that.

I think what they have is what we get.

All history begins May 27th. Period.

I have found the Share Price History is still at https://www.tsp.gov/fund-performance...price-history/.

At first there was nothing past May 26, 2022 which of course was the transition start date, and I thought they had finally updated that portion of the site when I found the data was up to June 3, 2022. I just noticed although the data now goes beyond May 26, there are dates missing in the table. May 27, May 31 are missing from the history.

I was wondering if anyone happens to know what the prices were at close for those dates.

Also I was able to import the share prices history into Excel with a Power Query but my link no longer is accepted. Has any one found way to import the share price history into Excel since the transition ?

I was out of town and out touch without internet for about 5 weeks which happen to include 2 on my monthly distributions (retired 5 years ago) and now there is no information of those 2 withdrawals because the transactions only go back to 5/26.

I have tried to call to get those transactions details but the hold time are well over 2 hours. Seems to me if they were going to wipe out all past data, they should have warned us to grab as much as we could on 5/25/22. This new site is a disaster in my opinion.

I want to report A SUCCESS!!

On June 1, I had difficulties creating my log on- but on June 2nd I was successful at getting in.

On June 2 I also was able (with great difficulty- it was not as simple as I expected ) to do an Interfund Transfer (now called reallocate funds).

As of June 6th, the change properly showed in my account data.

On June 2 I began requesting a partial one-time withdrawl. On June 3rd, the withdrawl reflected in my account tab, and I am happy to announce that THIS MORNING my USAA bank account shows the large partial payment has safely made it into my bank account. That’s just two business days after having completed the request on-line.

Ok- the feeling is FINALLY it is fully working for me.

It’s like learning to ride a bike, and now it’s time to have Mom take the training wheels off.

    Weeeeeeee!!!!!

I believe when I was setting up my new account login information, I read a brief statement that the "history" would be populated sometime "mid month of June". So I expect to be able to see "history" after the 15th of June.

    Default NEW SITE INFORMATION

Note: I just checked the TSP website, and past account balance history, back to 2010, is now available on my account.
