I have been trying since yesterday to setup my new-and-improved login. It's still not working for me. I actually got a live person on the phone yesterday but he could not help either. He noted all my problems and said he'd forward it to IT. The first problem is it will not recognize my phone number. Okay skip that method and move to the next which is uploading my driver's license. It won't take that either. It says the image isn't clear enough (but it is very clear). So I'm stuck. The only good thing in all of this is I did an IFT from 'G' to 'S' (100%) on May 23rd.

I'm using the desktop version!

Me as well. I did have an issue with my old saved PW being stored on one browser and I had to make sure the new one was saved in the saved PW form instead.

Hey Rod! Have not attempted that but don't see why one could not make the attempt. The worse they could tell you is transfers are not going to be done today or maybe they actually know when they will start allowing transfers.

Set up your new login for My Account

All TSP participants must complete a one-time process to set up a new login for the new My Account. Follow the prompts to complete this simple, secure setup.

12 hours with customer service to talk to one representative whose computer died within 1 minute of beginning a conversation, then another hour minimum on hold. Accountability, Integrity, Transparency - WE are NOT the TSP!

For those trying to upload DL or Passport photo you need to make sure you have the format they are asking for, pretty sure you guys read that.

The other catch is making sure it is legible. So don't use a flash to take a photo for the DL or Passport. Also if your emailing that photo to yourself on a different computer or device be sure to use the larger version of the photo. I tried using the smaller version(s) and those did not work. I actually tried 4 times before I finally got it to work.

Also be sure to not crop out the edge of your photo, basically just crop out enough. Leave a little edge so it appears it was an actual photo that was taken, if that makes sense.

Honestly I had to call the thrift line and get some help. I did most of the work once she got me started but that was my solution.

Sure did read it, but it didn't help after multiple attempts. The issue is with TSP.
