I haven't been able to login to tsp.gov via Firefox the last several days. I can access it using Chrome. Just wondering if any other Firefox users are having issues or if it's something on my end.
Just got in using FF v88.0.

Thanks for the replies. Must be on my end.
I'm using the latest version, 88.0. After I enter my user ID and password and click submit, it clears both fields. No error message.
No issues with logins on other websites.
Not a major deal, since I can still access through Chrome. Just wish I knew what the issue is.
Yep, same thing here.
Loooonggg time computer guy here - this is odd. I got this problem in firefox 87 and the current 88.
Ensured that TSP site in my browser:
a) had not inadvertently gotten blocked somehow.
b) cookies were allowed
c) VPN was turned off (it worked in the past with it turned on)
d) even went so far as to disable my anti-malware/security software
I signed in to my pc admin account and try logging in to TSP - I got more info:
1) my i.d. remains
2) password is blanked out &
3) I FINALLY get the error message (see jpg attachment)
It is something weird... some folks can get in with firefox 88 and some of us cannot.
--- wonder if it is ISP related - I'm on Verizon FiOS...
Like others, it DOES work in chrome (I copy/paste the password).
But - I do NOT intend to be forced to switch to a chrome browser for this....
@ripper
Nope,
I would respectfully disagree - it is not on your end. You made no changes, as some of us made no changes to affect logging in to TSP.
Something else is going on.
Like I noted in my post, it could be ISP related and 'might' get cleared up on its own (since we don't know what it is)....
just logged in, no problems running FF 88.0 windows 7

I solved my problems a while ago, I was using my email address as user, they made me change that to a user ID and a new password. The trick was using my cell phone number to receive the temporary login # they used to send it to my email.
Just goes to show how outdated TSP is despite their recent propaganda trail trying to prove otherwise. They claim "security" is important. Yeah, it's important for every bank and institution, the problem is, banks and institutions have much better websites with less problems.
Every now and then I have to resend the 2FA code to my phone because the first time it doesn't work. One time my account was locked and I had to wait until normal business hours to get the problem fixed.
The problems you experience are almost always on TSP's end. Don't get yourself worked up over it.
Okay, thanks.
I am a MIT Technology Review subscriber and just went there for an article... guess what?
SAME problem there too..
Next, went over to Opera (preferred over Chrome) to see if it would log in to MIT.
NOT a problem, logs in fine
So, I figured I'd try one more thing, something I really, REALLY despise doing - clearing the cache in firefox.
--- cleared the cache
--- NOW - going to TSP in firefox works, no problem.
Something got corrupted in firefox, no telling what it was. This is 'likely' what your problem was too, clear the cache, it 'should' correct the issue.
@Bullitt,
sorry, not TSP's fault - this time anyway...
