I currently feel like 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' probably because I'm familiar with the 'old' website. Maybe it'll grow on me. Dunno yet.

Sure. They can spend money to bring a new website online but they refuse to improve the way we can invest our retirement and protect our investments. I would have liked one more IFT a month instead of a new website.
May the force be with us.

    Beta sucks.
All those front pages talk to and about new employees who haven't started saving.
It takes four clicks to find out today's share prices.

Only some consulting company who isn't a TSP shareholder would ever think to put all the NEW EMPLOYEE stuff on the first three pages you have to go through for anything. If any bank did that, they would be out of business in a month.

First rule of any business- serve your existing customers well, and people will beat a path TO your door. Serve existing customers poorly to try and get new customers, and you won't keep existing customers.
