There is no-doubt a bias towards the better performers to report. I have fared much better in TSP compared to my TIAA-CREF account.

Honestly a better return than I thought! September & October 2015 are the first months I've posted a negative 12 month PIP gains since being a TSP Talker member.
With the poor performances I've seen since July 2015, I am certain I will post negative 12 month PIP gains in the future. ;swear
