Why does the tracker have you at 10.26% this year and 10.66% last year?

My real account has not mirrored my TSPtalk account, unfortunately. For example, in my real account, I entered an IFT on 8/18/15, moving from the S to the F-fund. The F-fund went up after that and the S-fund tumbled, but I forgot to enter my move on TSPtalk. There were about 3-4 periods where my accounts were not in sync. I'm trying to figure out how to post an image on here?
