Thread: Why are you voting for Obama?

Because he never said anything about an across the board GOV freeze..but to pare down some of the worthless GOV funded programs that is costing billions and accomplishing nothing...Nor did he say anything about RIFs or furloughs...Believe me..I hated Reagan for the fact he hated GOV employees and came to us for the first area to cut costs in GOV spending..then ended up costing the GOV more in the long run rebuilding everything that went to hell due to the lack of proper funding and staffing.....


NONE of the choices above are Valid for me..I don't think Osama is capable of any of those..

The 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th above reasons are reasons to vote AGAINST Obama.

I still don't understand why some folks want to take the low road with the names tho.... I thought most intelligent people were above that, but I guess not.

Are you too young to remember the Star Wars defense initiative and such. That name was coined due to that tactic. Star Wars and Ray Guns.

During his years of public service, Ronald Reagan earned the nickname "The Great Communicator"

My reason is more about voting AGAINST McCain than voting FOR Obama. (and voting AGAINST Palin - if she became president, Lord help us all)

Though I think Obama is capable. I am concerned he may have a steep learning curve to go but that is still better than what we would have to endure with McCain and Palin - i.e more Bush.
