I've never had seasonal allergies, but not to say they couldn't start. My eyes themselves are fine for the most part, maybe a little more dry than usually (I've had LASIK). They are NOT itchy.

If I had to guess, it was the vaccine + pressure of the goggles that caused it. I went to an eye care hospital and was seen by multiple people. They diagnosed me blepharitis. Which I'm going to guess I've had for a while. But based on the questions I asked, I wasn't really convinced that would actually be the cause of the swelling. So I'm doing warm compress on my eyes and baby shampooing my eyelids twice a day. Its been 5 days and the swelling hasn't really improved any. Granted its more annoying than anything. Visually its not entirely obvious. It feels a lot worse than it looks.

Note I swam 3 times in-between shots 1 and 2 and didn't have any issues.

So day 1 after second Moderna shot.

The arm is slightly sore, swollen, warm to the touch and a bit red. I took Ibuprofen when I went to bed last night and this morning I took Tylenol when I got to work. I forgot to pack something for after lunch and started to feel warm, achy and a slight chill. Went home a little early and took some meds. Took about a fifteen minute nap. I felt pretty good until about an hour after dinner. The afternoon meds started to wear off. Got myself a hot shower took some meds for the night and heading off to bed pretty soon. Hoping day two is uneventful. I'll have some extra meds just in case.
May the force be with us.

Day 2 after second Covid shot I was doing pretty good. The arm was a little sore but itchy. Didn't notice why it was itchy until I took off my long sleeve shirt when I got home and noticed the rash on my arm. Not an OMG moment but it explained why it was itchy.
Today day 3 the arm is still a little sore, no swelling but I still have the rash and it's still a little warm to the touch. I signed up for the CDC notification follow ups. So I get a text every day asking questions. I hope everyone will get their shot when it's available. Hopefully we can be back to semi-normal by the end of summer.
May the force be with us.
