    Default legalize marijuana?

    during the presidential debates both networks have asked both party's candidates basically the same question on prime time national tv: have you smoked the mary jane and what is your stance on legalizing pot? this is a controversial issue of course, but it has entered the mainstream consciousness, the politics of the day, and there are even four states plus the district of columbia who have legalized recreational use, and many other states who approve of medicinal use, and the u.s. department of justice has stated enforcement of minor drug offenses is not a priority, in fact they are releasing thousands of drug prisoners as it is not cost effective nor socially conscious to lock them up.

    so, do you support legalizing marijuana at the national level? recreational and/or medicinal? don't care?

    Eventually the gov will tax the tomato plant when you buy it at the garden center and then the tomatoes you pick off of it.

    Watch the documentary I linked above. I saw it on Netflix.
