What index do you use to track the dollar? I used DX-Y on Yahoo Finance for awhile, which does not seem to work anymore.

Dollar was down about 0.47% since 10:00 and S@P500 was up .25%. It is still short of a FV of 1%?

This would mean that Barclays thinks Tuesday will be an up day?
