10-year yield continues collapse on slowing growth fears, falls as low as 2.07%

At around 9:57 a.m. ET, the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note, which moves inversely to price, was lower at around 2.1%, off a low of 2.071% notched earlier in the morning. That was the 10-year yield’s lowest level since September 2017. The yield on the 30-year Treasury bond was also lower at around 2.55%.
