BearTrap, Welcome to TSPtalk. I moved this to the F fund section since this is where it belongs. The "Members Account Talk" is for personal threads. Please start your own and continue to pass on interesting information. Good luck.
F is looking oversold with AGG below the 18 day moving average. 50 day moving average just rose above the 18. Looking pretty bearish. Could AGG fall to the 111.07 mark?

I'll be sleeping under the lukewarm blanket of the G fund until Uncle Ben makes the call. Lots of overhead resistance in F and not much support until you hit the lower Bollinger Band.

Nice article on CNBC talking about how investors are putting more weight into municipal bonds (F Fund) because of concerns over market direction.
From what I gather the housing market bubble will pale in comparison to the bond bubble that is forming
A bond collapse would be worse, but look how long Japan has managed to keep rates low. The one weapon central banks have is the ability to print money.
Treasury Yields/Mortgage Rate Update: Historic Low 30-year Fixed - Seeking AlphaAre yields heading lower? If the post-election sell-off in equities continues, the 10-year yield could certainly revisit the levels of late July.
I'll be honest with you, I'm not a big fan of using chart patterns over the AGG bonds chart. Nevertheless if the neckline were to be tested, this would be one hell-of-ah pullback with an impending test of the 200MA (which hasn't been tested since Feb 2011.)

The hourly AGG has bounced off 110.5 four times now, two of which were after the uptrend was broken. If I had to gander a guess, I's say it looks poised to roll over some more, perhaps breaking previous support.

The 10-year yield is breaking out of its bull flag after the rising support held. Not good for the F-fund. Bullish for stocks.
