    The yield curve everyone's worreid about is inches away from flasing a recession signal


    10-year Treasury yields are moving closer to fall below 2-year yields. This has been a theme ahead of recessions in the past 40 years.

    Symptoms of the common cold: Cough, headache, sore throat, stuffy nose...

    How about symptoms of a sick economy? The tease of an inverted yield curve have analysts diagnosing the economy with a recession. Well a single cough does not tell me I have a cold. What other symptoms are the markets expressing?

    A vortex is the descriptive paragon of the current bond market.

    Strategists said the bond market has been caught between a number of forces and is now a vortex sucking in investors who have to buy yield, which keep getting lower as bond prices move higher.
