Thread: San Diego

    Default San Diego

I'm helping my son move to San diego next week. I was wondering if anyone knew of 1br rentals. He's working in rancho bernado but wants to live in north park, pacific beach or thereabouts. He would like to start renting asap. We will be there March 25.

We are driving out from East Tennessee! Can you say "road trip"?

His price range is $1100-1200 / mo

    Hi Clester,

I live in San Diego... I will look around and see what I can find. I've already found one in North Park... If he moves to North Park and is working in Rancho Bernardo, that'll be a bit of a commute!

I'll keep looking, PB isn't that much closer but, the beach atmosphere is great there!

I'd call on this one ASAP, at the price they're asking this one will go fast, if it's not gone already... PB is not an easy area to find something like this at this price!

    I hope this will help

He's going to hate that commute Del Mar and Solana Beach are a bit closer and still within the "beach atmosphere". But I haven't lived in California for quite sometime.....

Yeah I heard there's been a 4 year drought and water is running out. I heard San diego is building a desalination plant expected to on line in a year. They're gonna have to figure something out soon.

I lived in Southern CA in the 1950s, nothing has changed. The southern west coast of the USA is in a semi arid location and has been for thousands of years or more. Nobody thinks it's unusual for New Mexico to be dry, but Southern CA. is supposed to be different? DUH! DESERTS!
