Why don't we have a national sales tax. That way everyone pays. We have a large underground economy that skips out on taxes also.

This video is compelling in that it explains the amount of debt in terms we all can understand. It just so blatantly partisan. Of course we all know you can't balance the budget on taxes. Duh! That was never the point.

Stunning example of just one year's worth of expenditures. If we didn't have the money to buy it in the first place, how are we ever going to get the money to pay it off, while still buying more than we can afford?

You get what you pay for.

You can't leave the working man nowhere to go.

Just like every Country that has tried it, We Can't Afford SOCIALISM! It's that simple.
