This topic may have already been covered somewhere. If so I apologize.

During open season I signed up for GEHA HDHP. I went into the OPM website to try to determine how to set up the Health Savings Account that is offered with the HDHP plan, and make contributions into it. I probably overlooked something but I could not see how to do it. Getting through to them by phone was impossible and I tried numerous times. I contacted GEHA to get instructions re how to set up the Health Savings Account. They said that it must be set up through OPM. I wrote OPM asking them how to set up the account. They replied that I need to contact GEHA to get the account set up. Does anybody have any experience with this and/or any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
