Thread: Mobile version of TSP Talk

  1. Default Re: Mobile version of TSP Talk

I've had a Blackberry for about 2 months. Initially I could access the Premium Service Reports section, but I haven't been able to pull it up in the last 3-4 weeks. Now when I enter my email and password, it takes me to the User Login page and asks me to Please Login - again.

Tried the .mobi version and got this message when I clicked on the Premium link: "HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway"

    Any suggestions?

I am clueless when it comes to mobile - I don't have one yet.

There are some solutions for these type of problems on www.tsptalk.com/faq2.html but they are geared toward windows.

Basically, it's a securty setting and / or clearing cache. Do you know how to mess with that on your BB?

I would like to see a text message sent for any Trade alert inconjuction with an email message. Folks such as me, may be caught up in meetings & working our way to a CPU may be tough with our work enviroment.

If a TXT message was sent I would go out of my way to view the recent information.

    Here's what I do...

I created a gmail account, and any mail sent there can be filtered to forward a text message to you. Works great.

You can filter it so that only mail dfrom a specific address or with certain words in the subject or body get forwarded.

Speaking of being mobile, has anyone ever made an IFT from the TSP.gov website using a mobile device - specifically with a BlackBerry? I tried to log on to tsp.gov and got this:

    Request Browser IP Error
A browser-to-server authentication error has occurred because your IP address has changed since you logged into the Account Access section.

    Thanks
    DW
