I live in the bucolic city of San Diego.
A great place for a vacation - and getting less expensive
However, as must be known, part of the bubonic state of California.

    Anyway, my votes are for:

Raleigh, NC (close to Duke and UNC)
    Nashville, TN (clean, beautiful, central)
Washington D.C. (feel the power, like Rome)
Lexington, KY (man, there is some beautiful scenery there)
    Sedona, AZ (expensive, but beautiful)
Orlando, FL (easy trip for CH - yuk, yuk)
Las Vegas, NV (go there every year though)

    As far as speakers:
    Ray Lucia
    Ric Edelman

I could contact Lucia if San Diego is the choice. He is local. Edelman is in Boston - that could be a good, if expensive, locale.
Lookin' up at the 'G Fund'!!!

I can imagine the look on their faces when we tell them we trade our retirement accounts.

    Speakers?

    We don't need any speakers.

We'll go to DC and all be lobbyists for a day, then descend on a FRTIB meeting, and tell them we want our unlimited trades back.

THAT's what we need to do!

Individual lobby meetings with our respective reps and senators, yes.

We'd have to get a public demonstration permit for the FRTIB meeting or they'll think we're terrorists or some darn thing and haul us away-or pull guns on us when we throw snowballs at each other (libs and cons and indies) for fun. And of course they'd take pictures of all our faces and id us as activists and maybe put us on watch lists. Hmmm. what is the world coming to when these things occur to me so quickly?

I would like to see the 3000 get together someday. Bring your letter for admission. Having a convention sounds great.
