I've not noticed anything from my overseas provider, for the TSP site, I only use my WIN 10 PC, configured for Google's DNS 8.8.8.8 haven't notice anything unusual.
This may be a dumb question since only people on the forum can answer, but we had some very odd fluctuations in the number of page views to the site this month. The traffic jumped 3 to 5X for about a week - and it wasn't really correlated exactly with the dates of our premium service sale, otherwise that could explain it. Anyway, after about 5 or so days days of spiked traffic it fell back to normal again.
Did anyone notice any gov't agency or internet provider out there that blocked us, or opened it up for a few days then blocked it again? Anyway, if you have any theories, let me know.
Thanks!
Tom
