    Here's an interesting link to a respected small-cap manager
    who thinks small caps should do well for another year. If you agree, the S fund is the place to be. Personally, I'm at 50% S for a while..

    I don't recall how interest rates were raised back then (quickly, slowly) or how much they were raised. But since this guy makes hisliving managing a small cap fund, I'd have to say his opinion might be a little biased. Or is it a contrarian sell signal?

    It's like the expert panelin Barrons each year. You can probablyretire early going against theirmarket picks. True.
