    Final paycheck included leave payment. TSP deduction was the same as usual. OASDI, state tax, medicare and fed tax was on the entire amount. Answer is no.

    Yes for 2018 ($600), no for 2019 (wageworks.com says I am not eligible for 2019) and not yet for 2020. I have so much going on as far as insurance claims I have not gotten to why no 2019 refund....

    This might help. https://www.tsp.gov/bulletins/19-6/. Possibly RMD doesn't happen until 72 now and is automatic. Maybe they no longer consider old peoples accounts abandoned? I don't really know but...
