if you have 30k, would you A. max out your yearly contribution or B. pay down your mortgages @ 2.15% for 15 years and you are 6-7 years into your mortgage.

Anyone feels like a big down move is coming? I mean everything pointing to it, low vix, havent had a correction in years, low volume...Am I overthinking it here?

a little bit difficult the mortgage is like 1700 with monthly HOA and everything tax on... it currently being rented out now but the money from renting out the place doesnt cover everything.
