    That’s the rate I got at my credit union many years ago. I only got a couple years left on my 15 year.There is no way I would pass up that rate on A guess that It might go lower. Good for you!

    This becomes even more pertinent when you factor in our rate cut to increase inflation to the 2ish % mark so it acts as a market stabilizer. Markets had a knee jerk reaction to the fed statement...
