Can the world really afford to have airlines disappear? There will be a day when we'll look back and say what were we thinking.... And we're getting closer to that point every day.

  3. Why a V-Shaped Economic Recovery Is Still on Track

I'm of the opinion that the election doesn't matter for stock markets. Taxes will be higher with one, but economic policy will remain the same. It's easy to criticize, but nobody wants to be the...

    Re: Point, counter point

Harvey was recommending buying value stocks in May. Anything Nasdaq 100 would have been a better choice.

Dwyer at least said the market was due for a pause in June and seems bullish long term....

    Re: DreamboatAnnie's Account Talk

Seems many were watching that 3000 - 3100 level as places for the market to find a floor based on fib retracements, prior support, 200 DMA. Markets often don't do what they are "supposed" to do.

From sentimentrader. Large speculators (hedge funds, trend following alogorithms) are $47B short.

Looks like a good bit of fuel to spark another massive rally like the one off the March low.

AAII: 46 Bears to 24.9 Bulls. Less bulls and more bears than all of August, but still not at that 50 Bear Buy level. I'm thinking next week another push lower to 3100 should do it. CNN gauge saw...

SPX only has around 34% of stocks above 50DMA. In 2019, turns came when they hit just a bit lower while in an uptrend.
