    Another positive week for bonds with TLT holding above a 50DMA that has turned up.

    Case can be made for a bullish mini inverse H&S. Clear skies until two gaps at 146-148, then 200DMA at 149.

    Past few years it's taken 4-6 weeks for my state refund if we got one. They said it was because of security, but I think it's because they just don't have the money. Same with federal level.
