    Re: I'm Out

Congratulations to all who have retired. I retired in 2005, but was bored after three years. I've been working part-time for the past ten years. I think retirement 2.0 will be by early 2019.

    Re: Cost of Living Increase

The Cost of Living (COLA) so far is +3.46% through May 2011. In order to get no 2012 COLA at all, either the CPI-W would have to average -3.46%, or more, over next four months, or the President could...

    Re: Cost of Living Increase

I believe the correct answer is they would receive 5/12 of the January 2012 COLA, if they retired on June 30, 2011. The 2012 COLA year began on December 1, 2010 and goes to November 30, 2011.
