No, I just retired 8 Nov and my 372 hours of leave wasn't part of TSP, straight pay minus Federal, SSI and State tax if applicable.
If I sell back annual leave in conjunction with retirement, do they hold out a portion of that payment for the designated TSP allotment percentage as they do with my regular pay? Technically, I'd already be retired when that check comes, but it would have been earned while I was working. I was holding that question for the next retirement seminar I attend, but it looks like there might not be another for me before I haul ass.
