I have had problems since around 11:45. Keeps getting error msg also.

I know me and I'm sure others are not accessing the board from 11:30 to 12:15 or so at Poolman's request, to allow those making a move having a better chance at accessing the MB.

Maybe it's not only posting during that time period that's overloading the server. Simply browsing or refreshing the threads probably has as much impact as posting, except for loading larger images or charts. I know I'm guilty of trying to find any new info during that time, just as I do the rest of the day.

Why was the MB Dead Slow at 3:20 this afternoon ?


For The Record. I noticed this slowdown from the on-set of adding the

extra stats.

I think I noticed it as well at the on-set of the stats, but the continuous refereshing must also play a part, of which I too am guilty. Being logged on to the autotracker and refreshing there as well must make an impact, all a draw on the same server? Which aspect is the worst offender?

And I'm always refreshing both the forums and the IFT of the Day page between 11:45 and noon ET. Maybe all that refreshing and the stats are creating the perfect storm?
