Hello :) Newbie here, and I am hoping those of you who have gone through the TSP Residential Loan process could help me. I’ve taken out a General Purpose loan, but not residential.
What did the process look like for *you*? I’ve read the loans booklet again, I’ve read the checklist. So I am assuming that I submit the application along with my Sales Contract. Is that all that they will need? What was your experience?
