Haven't started a new thread myself in a long time. I'd rather this didn't turn into a political thread, it's really about the market and what affects it, but if people need to take it political, make it so, Jean-Luc.

I've read the following elsewhere over the years, but it seems time is ripe to bring it forward as fresh opportunity for thought and discussion among the general tsp membership, given that tax season has just come and gone.
