Really interesting Jim Cramer Tweets this afternoon. He is watching VIX products going down followed by Margin calls which bring the market up. He says the next one at 2:45 could be big.

TSP Talk: A big early snap back rally gets thwarted

by tsptalk on Today at 02:11 AM
December started with a bang as stocks rallied out of the gate and it looked like one of those classic new month / new direction moves. Fast forward a few hours and it was back to darkness. The Dow lost another 461-points after being up over 500 in earlier trading. Bonds were up slightly after an early sell off (yields down), and the dollar moved higher.

TSP Talk: Lower lows testing key support

by tsptalk on Yesterday at 02:13 AM
Stocks resumed the selling that started last week, and in the case off small caps, resumed a 3-week decline from the highs. The Dow gave up another 652-points on Tuesday, and we didn't get much of an attempt from the bulls to buy the dips. That may have been because the Fed was speaking and they didn't like what they heard. Bonds were up (yields down) and the dollar was down sharply

TSP Talk: A bounceback but there is still work to be done

by tsptalk on 11-30-2021 at 02:11 AM
Stocks battled back from from Friday's decline to post some strong gains on Monday, but in comparison to Friday, it has not yet determined much of anything. The Dow gained 237-points after some late selling took the indices off their best levels of the day. The small caps of the Russell 2000 actually gave up all of their morning gains to close negative, although the S-fund

TSP Talk: Blindsided

by tsptalk on 11-29-2021 at 02:11 AM
Investors were blindsided on Friday, a half day of trading that most of us expected to be a quiet day with a bullish holiday bias based on decades of data, but instead stocks were met with a major sell off and one of the worst days for stocks in some time. The Dow lost 905-points and all of the TSP stocks funds lost over 2% on the day. Bonds rallied as investors looked for safety after

TSP Talk: Typical holiday action so far

by tsptalk on 11-26-2021 at 02:11 AM
Several economic reports came out on Wednesday morning and stocks were not looking good when the opening bell rang, but we did see some typical light volume bullish holiday trading afterward and the indices moved up for most of the day and closed at the highs of the day. The Dow closed off the lows but still ended the day with a small loss, but most of the broader indices did well. Small caps led, bonds
