I figured there’d be some good opportunities in S Fund this year and I’m sitting on go, but this current rally was so fast and furious that, after it began, I felt I needed to wait for confirmation.
Now that I believe in it, it feels like it’s too late and I don’t feel comfortable chasing.
So, I sit in G.

After this mornings open, I’m glad I left 20% C, 20% S in play yesterday, but dang, that “flash crash” spooked me. I don’t have any confidence in guessing where this market goes.
It looks like, at least for the C Fund, a safe strategy might have been to stay allocated as long as it’s above the 20 day EMA (green line).
Shouldn’t it be that simple? Well, it’s not for me apparently.
