Looks like all the upward movement is based on Mnuchin saying the talks were "Constructive". Looking at the charts it almost looks like a comment made gap was created today. Just goes to show how rare it is to get it right when calculating how geopolitical influences will be worked into market direction.

Yeah and then there's the "why" he said it, because they were concerned about the market down turn? But what will be the outcome of the talks in the end, anyone's guess. Yep, can't time any of that. That's why I'm on the sidelines until all this shakes out.

Decided to move from 100G to 100S.

Holding in the March low area...if this doesn't hold look for 2744 as a possible on the SnP.

Will support become resistance at the Dead Cat Bounce line? Yesterday looked different from the two previous days with no bottom tail. I have added two possible support lines and with the market down 5% from the peak they should hold but I'm on wait and see in May:

Agreed...nice trade! We are half way through the month and you made your $. My fingers itched yesterday...just not quite enough before the cutoff.
