My house is great. The master bedroom and next largest room is almost the same size except for the 3/4 bath. The florida room and the living room is the same size, like having two living areas. It has 4 bedrooms and two car garage. My mother in law lives with us and the size of the house is almost perfect for an extended family. I just doubled the size of my work shop and it is big enought to share. They could live rent free for helping me or my wife. We had bought this house because of the extended family situation and we can become the ones needing care from the ones giving care. I got this house at the right time and got more than I could of thought of. I don't think any of my offspring will ever get the same oppertunity or luck by hitting the right age, the right 30 years of good economy and the recent low housing prices. The golden age is over and may not hit again for them. So I'll share my luck with them. I guess I could relocate if I have too. I hope I don't need help until they retire and come here or we find a better place but that will be hard to do.

He more monotone but really wanted to get the point across and seamed PO than concerned. Just remember more analyst you listen to the more confidence you get when they start agreeing or it can at least keep you on the right side of the fence when your in the capital preservation mode (retired).

Some thing has to give soon. 1140 holding and 1150 not on the way back up. Need to hold here or we break down. Some sellers must had stops at 1140 and we bounced. Still low base. Keep eyes open today we can break out soon. Me I'm negative.

Well with 3 lower highs, not being able to get to the top of the current channel, the bottom of the triangle broke and a possible forth test of the 1120, are you scared yet?

This is real bearish and selling off with everyone gone (market drifts up with low volume) for friday afternoon even more. I'm bearish 80/20 and if 1220 is broken before premarket Monday, look out.

The worry is for those that are in. Ok now wait for the market videos and check if they agree.

Some good morning action here. Tested the 1121 area and bounced by computer buying when 1121 held. Went to 1140 area and it held so they sold off since there wasn't follow through. Now building low base near 1122. Can we break down? This was the forth test of 1120 area. If we can maintain the low base 1/2 hour we can go down which would be a break through of major support and look out.

Well, let's go get a cup of coffee and sit on our pads and watch the battle from the sidelines.
