Hello Lo , You must have a great sniffer! My WAG is the rally is at least two weeks out. JMHO

I hope it isn't two weeks away... my TSP may be up 10%+ this year, but my brokerage isnt.

I'm glad to see JTH back in the market with the rest of us SAPS.
