Not looking good so far.

Very depressing.
I am anticipating a slow grind for the foreseeable future.
I suspect this is the norm until they figure out DEBT Ceiling/Budget. But even then layoffs are still occurring, banks failures are news, rise in barrowing cost etc. etc. etc.
These things are not going away any time soon.
I suppose one good piece of news is that IMF expects growth in the USA to be 1.6%. Thats better than Canada, UK, Italy, Japan, Germany and France.

Talk about some wild market swings the last three days. I feel like hiding under my bed tomorrow.

Last week was interesting. What kind of surprises will this week bring?

Haven't had a nice week like this in a long time. So, what will July bring?
With the nice weather the sticky pants are now shorts, a little more comfortable with the higher humidity and all. A new box of depends in the closet just in case.

This past week was interesting for the "S" fund to say the least. What will next week bring?

Speaking of the "S" Fund, I clicked on the chart at the bottom of the page, the 1 year expanded S-Fund chart appears to be forming a huuuuuge pennant. Take a look, lower highs and higher lows...

Another good day for the "S" fund. I'm no expert and hard to tell from the charts. Was there a gap between yesterday and today? Thinking I might have to put on a fresh pair of sticky pants just in case.
