Hey, what's so bad about about almond milk? Once you get past the slimy consistency it's better than the real thing and all the while you don't get all the stuff you don't want from milk. Takes a bit of getting used to though. For cereal just take some powdered milk and sprinkle it on there too. Pretty soon it's not so bad and you can stand to use just the almond milk in its place alone. Otherwise perhaps you can toss some Amaretto in there and call it a White Russian. ,
