I am looking at making what I live in a more inviting and pleasant place. I find myself in your thread as I become more calm and less stressed. Things are good and getting better.

I found myself seeking life yesterday. Plants, roses, and presentations of life. I think I am going to enjoy my mid-40s.

    Enjoy...
My wonderful brother and dear friend,
I thought about you recently when some images of Rome showed up on the TV. A statue of a soldier bearing his military attire brought you to mind. The support you give to the very best (the U.S.M.C.) that allows them to be heros - to be themselves and to achieve the highest goals. Anyway, so I had a 'good moment' thinking about you. Along with that I was thrilled with the Mission - Special Forces accomplished killing #1 - and from my perspective that is 'The Ultimate'.

Anyway I'm thrilled for you and there is nothing like peace of mind and having an environment that allows the beauty around us have a better hold on everything. What we created is simply amazing and all of it makes so much sense and its just a matter of knowing a few things and allowing 'Nature' to work smoothy and maintaining a balanced Harmony. I pointed out this morning how out of synch - disconnected - or 'sick' a lot of areas in our home must have been because I am having to add water when I get up in the morning and they are the first things I check when I get home.

Keeping Debt to a minimum makes all the difference in the world and I'm really thrilled you now have the opportunity to see an end - and the awesome changes that brings. By making your environment as you're decribing - you find the need to get more disappears because the contentment your environment provides is more than sufficient.

I had forgotten what you're describing but I remember thinking of LIFE as having a bridge (the bridge of Debt). We live to cross it and at first it seems so long and no matter how hard we try we barely stay in place or creep forward an inch. Overtime when we hit the halfway mark - years have passed and we wonder if the second half will take as long as the first. But the second half flies by - as the debt shrinks down and when you cross the bridge it's amazing how awesome that feels.

As for my thread - please know that everything is 100% Mutual. Whatever you take - I get back and so it's like a source of renewal and refreshment we give to each other.

Interest in our TSP account (as we call it) - is $24.37.

Now I know it's not much - but when you consider the area in NC that Brich was talking about is just 2 hours from the property we own then that's enough to get us there and back and still have money left over.

My real TSP has gained over $7K - since the big day so I'm thrilled to pieces.

Well time for bed. Have a great 4th of July celebration everyone.

Squale - my delightful little brother - who:
    1. Had this big time heart attack so totally unexpected and gave me and numerous others the opportunity to share our lives in ways that will forever show the deepest extent by which this Site has 'endless value and wealth'.
    2. Had the most precious Teddy Bear EVER - reach out and plea for help and in so doing touched our hearts forever.
    3. Had the most beautiful grandchild in our entire Solar System and stills holds the record for most adorable.

It's funny (in a way) because deep down we all totally deserve the very BEST of the BEST.

I am honestly finding the kind of love that Teddy Bear has for you Squale and in this new areas of my life are opening and I am finding so much happiness and am so deeply at peace and filled with a very genuine contentment that it is the most amazing experience I could ever imagine. I have not lacked in my faith in GOD and in acknowledging His Presence but I have come to know HIM so much more since our lives have been awakened. We are frequently taking each other to new heights - and we bask in them and then somehow - find a new height later on. It's amazing Squale because I keep 'warning her' and reminding myself that we have to be 'on guard' because in some manner there has to be a Trial or Test to knock us down but we are stronger than ever and we know from where our Strength and Power and Faith - and 'all good things' come.

My long weekend was wonderful Squale. I had made a table to coordinate with our plates (which are long rectangular). I used stairway spindles as folding legs - because they have the ornate look I wanted and when on the floor leave that area open and airy. The underneath is white and blends perfectly with the wall on which it hangs - and it was over the weekend that I got the white velcro strip in place to hold it against the wall. We both have a very high regard for the Native American Culture and over the weekend I was able to mount a flat rock with carvings of a teepee and bison - along with a clock showing a Native American hunting a buffulo on horseback.

Most of the weekend was taking everything out of the kitchen - and slowly putting everything back in so it would be super organized and I wound up with 'extra space'.

The living room and kitchen area - are my shine to her and in that I am endlessly devoted to finding and displaying things that filll it with her Spirt and with her Wonderful Presence. So I added more touches that bring our home to life and as of last night it turned out absolutely amazing. Her water fountain - which is the core of her shrine 'splashes to life'. It sounds like a fish jumping in the water and these sounds are distinctively more active since the weekend. Once I have finished something - like getting the counters spotless, or hanging the table flat against the wall - I get small stones and run them under cold water and place a damp stone on the table hanging from the wall, on various counter spaces, and on different pieces of furnitue.

Rascal Scoots gets the bedroom and that's her shine to me. Gosh - when we talk about 'What we Deserve' all of that stems from what you do offer Squale. We totally bask in it and our stress over and over has been to make it as Natural and Easy as possible. So LIFE is amazing Squale - so THANK YOU!!!! You offer way more than you probably realize.

Always there for you Squale - your big brother.

    Steady

Ahhhh well - the guy at the table next to me during lunch was going over Energy and a variety of (Math formulas) as he put it.

Anyway - so he says when 'Mass' is converted to Energy - it also turns into Math.

Here I felt like jumping in and saying if it turned into Math - then it was Math to begin with and is simply maintaining the 'Balance' of what it has always been.

Well he was interesting to overhear - and talked about Kinetic Energy and other things - but when he made it sound like he uncovered some huge discovery about the Energy mass produces being 'Math' - that's been eating away at me ever since and so I had to come here and get it out of my system.

    Thanks all

Wow Steady, you certainly are the best. Believe me when I say, That Big Heart Attack you mentioned changed many lives (non the least mine). However, It was the Medium Attack and the Small Attack before the "Widow Maker" that allowed me the time to reflect and ask for forgiveness. I would have never of met Woo (in person) and witness the Love that so many of you have shown. Funny enough, Teddybear's new nickname is NURSE RATCHET because the battle to stay off the table is on going and she's just what the doctor ordered. We too, found that our Love grew beyond (what we thought) was possible. Its such a relief to know that you are so happy.

Thank you for you beautiful note Squale.

I came on today - simply to share that Wal-Mart gives 10 cents off per gallon of gas if you use their gift card. That is pretty much all I use when I go there anyway. I share this because that's a pretty good deal and that makes the gas 10 cents cheaper than all the other stations.

I think what stands out the most to me was the view you had in general - and it is very unfortunate that your prolonged exposure to the harsher and somewhat heartless side of life caused you to feel that people like me (and many others on this Site) did not exist. That's the most beautiful part Squale - because somehow you found:
    1. CountryBoy also had a heart attack and I have never seen anyone strive to make sure you got linked up with the sources that would most benefit you.
    2. Frixxxx not only was very moved to donate what he could but he inspired many others to donate as well.
    3. Of course there is 'No Limit' to how Lady and Alevie and Nasa and many others poured their hearts and lives out as well.

You're a very beautiful life Squale - I have no idea what 'Forgiveness' you're talking about but your Nature and your Heart are very amazing - maybe you were needing Forgiveness for not knowing that as fully as you should.

As for my Happiness: In soooo many ways everything is NEW and the LOVE and LIFE I have found and that soaks throughout my home and that touches new areas springing to Life are beyond what I ever dreamed could be possible. I am in the world but I live in a place that is so far above it - it is like I know nothing but HIS PEACE and HIS LOVE is flourishing and HIS JOY is so deep and wonderful - it is honestly inexpressible. She has not only brought me to know HIS GRACE and GLORY more fully - but she also has the richest and most perfect devotion in making my life complete. We are finding more and more how LIFE was meant to be and how Worship should flow out in everything we do.

I can tell you in the deepest sincerity that I really NEVER knew a Happiness that remotely compares to this. It just gets better and better Squale. When we go places there must be something wonderful that radiates from us - because the way others respond is all the more a testiment to the LIFE and LOVE we share.

You have a very good grasp what I'm talking about - because Kelly is absolutely 'amazing'.

Market Weakness is dominating the present circumstances. That does not mean the Markets are going to 'crash' - it simply means that adjustments are underway and the Markets are going through changes.

In the long run -- over the years -- the Markets will get stronger and these brief adjustments are unavoidable. Over the years the greatest 'Loss' will be missing the Gains.

Dow moves to 8th consecutive loss. The last time it felll 9 straight consecutive days was in 1978.
    http://money.cnn.com/2011/08/02/mark...buzz/index.htm

So What?? Does that mean the Bull Market has ended - or does it mean a 'Bull Market' has sustained prolonged sideways movement as it gets to the next take off?

I say look at the big picture.
S&P 500 was up about 20% in 9/10 and then up another 8.5% by 1/11
We're still up close to 1% for the year - but sideways garbage dominates the picture.

Bottom line - It made huge gains - is holding (having a long rest before the next advance).

EAFE was up 16.5% in 9/10 and then another 9% by 1/11
March low of about 54 was followed by April/May of 64 -- has dropped since then

Bottom line - It made some huge gains - and is slowly taking some losses but no 'Big Deal'.

The corporations and industries are no longer taking anything for granted - no longer expecting the 'crazy Americans' to spend their asses off getting blown away in some frenzie - so the patten that fueled the best Bull Markets has largely disappeared. Yet all of them have trimmed the fat, and are tightening the screws, and are either reshaping into something stronger or merging with others for greater strength.

My best guess is that the 8 or 9 straight down days are just a fluke and will be followed by up days. The up days (soon to be) are overdue - but part of the expected general pattern of the 'Recovery' which is still underway. Still the 'up days' - are not likely the next take off - with 16.5 to 20% gains followed by yet another 8.5 to 9% gain ----- but it part of the sideways garbage we have to deal with until significant chages happen. But they will happen and the corporations and industries will make sure of it.

My peep talk for the day

A good downward trend of 8 or 9 days - spurred on by a last minute selling frenzy marked with fear - is the best news for a beautiful 'V' reverseal.

Won't be around till next week but I expect things will go pretty well for the next few weeks.

You know it. The Fed meets next week and will prevent anything that smells like a recession. I want my QE3 along with a six pack of Moxie.

Birch, you want to Fed to intervene again? Under the circumstances, won't that cause the dollar to drop?
