JPCavin, Right now, I'm just looking for monitary commitment, perhaps $10, maybe $50. Fact is, I'd be happy to donate a significant amount of money, if I could guarantee just 6 more (that's 3 round trips) IFTs per month.

After I review the facts and law with the Rose attorneys and a Virginia attorney friend of mine, and if it appears we then have a winnable case for some kind of equitable relief that get us more IFTs, I will post what that looks like and how and where to make donations. As a matter of note, generally, attorney fees and court costs are a matter of discretion of the court, so its even possible all the donations could be returned.

I wanted a core of 100, but 50 "I'm in's" will do. Can I getta "I'm in" (sort sounds like amen). If we have a winable case, I would count on everone on this board to enlist every federal employee they know and their friends know in the effort.

If federal employees had any idea what's been taken from them, they be busting the TSP doors down to change it.

Perhaps even write President Obama, the TSP positions are presidential appointments; contact Federal Times for a follow-up to an article/editorial I wrote and was published in 2008 along the same lines; notice any other news sites that we feel might help and find the effort newsworth; and along those lines file the case.

That's pretty much the plan. When we get 50, I'll get an appointment with the Roses and try to move them to review the case.

Don't forget the Military Times as this does affect those of us in the military too

wwwtractor, Thanks. that means a lot 'cause I know how good you are at moving your funds. You're #42.

JKenJohnson (SkiYaLater), I know your new on the board, but I seen that you're serious about being responsible with your retirement. That why all of us are here. By the way, welcome aboard. Your #43.

    We're just 7 more I'm in's away.

Khotso, a few people have made a "commitment" in words that seem a little ambiguous. I'll recount when we hit 50, but I'll consider your observation now that I missed your "I'm in" as #44. I hope we can all thank you.

Last note of the night. Whoa!? 7-Sentinels and the heard of ~70 are breathing down my fins. Actually, I don't mind if they do. Well, maybe a little. But, I think something like 70 people in 1st place would be fitting and exemplary of what we want and what we can do, instead of being ignorant with our TSP retirement. The trick is going to be getting off the tracks when the train comes in the opposite direction. At this height, the train is liable to be very fast around the curve, inspite of the "buy" signals. Good luck!

Ah, then let me make sure there's no ambiguity. I'm definitely in for $50. Sorry about that.

I told you a while ago that i was in, but am reminding you. 20 years to go, i could use all the help i can get.....even if i have to pay for it.
Ya know..Ive played poker for 30 years, and still buy books on how to learn how to play poker. My dad asks me why am i wasting my money. I tell him "If I learn just 1 fact that makes me $ one time, it pays for itself after that." This game is the same way, if i go on here every day or week and you guys can teach me 1 new thing, I have that for the rest of my life! Now all i need are the IFT's'
